Description

The modern terraced house in Neuendorf is in Saal opposite the bodden side of the Fischland/Darss peninsula. The large terrace with a garden is accessed from the living room and has garden furniture. It is fenced, measures around 130m². The whole outdoor area of around 3890m² is for shared use. It has a grill, a campfire space, a playground with a slide, climbing net, swing, natural football and volleyball ground and a trampoline. The house has a free parking space. The house measures around 50m² and is suitable for up to five people. It was newly built in 2016 and has tasteful and modern furnishing. The house has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and WC. All the rooms are on one level and have under-floor heating. The living and dining room with access to the terrace provides a 50” flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a stereo system and Internet access (wireless for a supplementary fee). A highchair and a baby travel cot are also available. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher and is open towards the living and dining room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a bunk bed (100 x 200cm). The harbour at Neuendorf with a new marina and boat hire is just three minutes from the holiday house. The Saaler Bodden 300 metres away is a paradise for surfers and kiters. Wustrow, Ahrenshoop and Dierhagen are within a 15-minute drive, or 40 minutes by bicycle. There are very wel-developed cycle trails (Baltic Sea cycle path). The nearest supermarket is 8km away. There is a bakery 3km away and it is 300 metres to a restaurant and a snack bar. Bicycles are available to borrow. The site is fenced. A motorboat is available for hire for fishing trips or excursions on the Saaler Bodden (permit-free up to five people). The bathing area by the bodden beach is about 300 metres away.
