This apartment is a two-storey duplex apartment. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven as well as ceramic hob and fridge-freezer as well as a dining area. An additional toilet as well as the spacious living room with access to the terrace and private garden. On the first floor are the bathroom with barrier-free shower and toilet. Furthermore, three bedrooms, two of which have access to the large balcony. It offers a fantastic view of the Kaisergebirge and the nearby Silbergersee. Due to the central location of the apartment you can reach the state capital Munich or Salzburg or Innsbruck in Austria within an hour. Italy is also only half an hour away from Innsbruck.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are free of charge. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.
