Sunny, bright holiday apartment in a rural environment (near a farm) with a wonderful view of the Bavarian-Tyrolean mountains (Kaisergebirge). Ideal starting point for sporty, young and also older guests. Innradweg, Jakobsweg, water ski lift Hödenauer See and other charming lakes for swimming nearby. Also very suitable for joggers and hikers. In winter the skiing areas Hocheck with floodlight system, Sudelfeld or in the neighbouring Tyrol, as well as the local cross-country ski run and the high valley Mühlau (10 min. away) for cross-country skiing can be easily reached.

Cosy and bright holiday apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Separate bedroom with double bed and pull-out sofa bed in the living area. Bed linen, towels, bath towels, hair dryer and toiletries are available. A large selection of books, children's books and great board games is available in the apartment. The balcony on the south and west side is equipped with balcony furniture. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony! Children under 12 years are free.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are free of charge. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.
