Rosel's Mountain Lodge is part of a well-kept residential complex on the outskirts of Oberaudorf. The house has a swimming pool and a sauna. A private car parking space is already reserved for you. The flat also has a separate cellar compartment.

Rosel's Mountain Lodge offers all the amenities of a modern holiday flat. The 45 square metre flat has an integrated living/sleeping concept and an open-plan kitchen. The cosy sofa provides additional sleeping space if required. In the well-equipped kitchen with oven, coffee machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer compartment, you can prepare your favourite meals quickly and easily. The high-quality renovated accommodation also has a washing machine, a SmartTV and a modern bathroom with underfloor heating and a rain shower. There is a swimming pool and sauna in the house. Cosy towels and freshly made beds are provided to make you feel completely at home.

A deposit of 30% of the rental price will be charged for the booking.

If the deposit is not received within 5 working days of the booking confirmation and receipt of the invoice, the booking will automatically expire.

The remaining amount is due 30 days before arrival.

If you cancel your booking,

- free cancellation is possible up to 90 days before arrival,
- between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the booked rental price,
- between 59 and 30 days before arrival, the cancellation costs are 50% of the booked rental price,
- thereafter we will charge you 90% of the booked rental price as cancellation costs,
- In the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the booked rental price.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance

Please note that we charge an additional short-term flat rate of € 70.00 for short stays of up to 5 nights.

Tourist tax:

The prices quoted do not include visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are exempt from the visitor's tax. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.
