Die Wohnung ist daher u.a. mit Spülmaschine, einem großen LCD-Flachbildschirm sowie einem komfortablen Badezimmer ("nur" hier wird mit Fussbodenheizung geheizt) ausgestattet. Wohnküche, Schlafraum für 4 Personen in 2 Etagenbetten (auf Wunsch auch nebeneinander als Doppelbett aufzustellen), 2 Schlafmöglichkeiten im Giebel (der "Hit bei den Kids"), neuwertiges helles Bad, Wohnraum mit Kaminofen (Holz wird gestellt), LCD-TV, Spülmaschine, wunderschöne Südterrasse mit freiem Panoramablick zum "Himmelschrofen" und Grillmöglichkeit.
