In a few minutes you are at the Chiemsee shore with boat landing stage. Just as easy you can get to the center of Prien with stores, train station (also ICE, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cinema and clinics. A free car parking space is right outside the front door. The spacious lawn can be used as a sunbathing area. Bicycles can be parked in the basement. The in-house sauna is available for a fee (coin deposit) for our guests. The linen package (bed linen and towels) is free of charge from 7 nights.

The quietly located apartment is on the 1st floor of a small residential complex and has a very nice, spacious balcony facing southwest and north and a lateral mountain view of the Kampenwand. In addition to the charming living-dining room (sofa bed if required) there is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, 4 plate stove with oven. Separated by a hallway are the bedroom and bathroom (WC/bathtub).Cable TV in living room and bedroom. WLan free of charge.

The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of: Persons from 16 years = 2 €. Severely disabled persons with 80 to GdB 99% from 16 years = 1 €. Children and teenagers 7 to 15 years = 1 €. Severely disabled children and young people with 80 to GdB 99% 7 to incl. 15 years = 0,50 €. Children up to and including 6 years | Severely disabled persons with GdB 100% and their companions | Business travelers = 0 €- Dog on request (for a fee)- A deposit of 200€ is required upon booking- Cancellations are subject to a fee.
