The flats have a terrace as well as a fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom and living area, bathroom with shower/WC, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. You will also find a large parking space directly at the house. The large garden with sunbathing lawn extends around the house and offers you relaxation with many different plants.In winter, you are only a few steps away from the wonderful cross-country ski runs and hiking trails. The bus stop to the skiing area Winklmoos-Alm/Steinplatte is about three minutes away. Comfortably furnished two-room flat with approx. 55m². Small meals can be prepared in the separate kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The cosy living room has a pull-out sofa and TV. The bathroom contains a shower and WC. The flat also includes a small anteroom and a terrace from which you have a wonderful view of the Unterberg.
