Our house is located in a wonderfully quiet location south on a slight hill with unobstructed views of meadows, forests and the unique Ruhpolding mountain scenery. It is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain and bike tours and in winter for cross-country skiers and alpine skiers. Covered parking space available. Only 15 minutes walk to the center of the village. We offer free WLAN in the house. Please understand that we do not accept pets. Well-kept vacation apartment (50sqm) with balcony and separate living/bedroom on the second floor. Bedroom with double bed and back-friendly mattresses, living room with SAT-TV, radio and DVD player. Free WLAN. Separate kitchen new since April 2019, equipped with dishwasher, induction hob and oven, fridge with freezer, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels and toiletries. Crib and high chair on request. Arrival from 15:00 - 18:00 and departure 06:00 - 10:00. If the arrival is after 18:00 please contact us.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
