The house is located in the most sought-after residential area of Ruhpolding in a central and yet absolutely quiet south-facing location on a large property with a breathtaking view of the Ruhpolding mountain panorama. The cozy, well-kept apartments with balcony or terrace are almost all facing the garden. A comfortable lounge is available for groups. Parking spaces are directly at the house. The kitchens are equipped with coffee machine, water and egg boiler and toaster and almost all kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher. Bicycles can be set in the garage or (valuable) stored locked in a wooden hut. Winter sports enthusiasts have a room for storing skis. Ski boots and wet clothes can be dried overnight in the heating cellar. Shower towels for the Ruhpolding swimming pool are also provided. The washing machine and dryer can be used by arrangement. Shopping facilities and restaurants, the tennis park, cycling and hiking trails, the bathing/sauna area, the mini golf park, the cross-country skiing trail and ice rink are within walking distance. Upper floor with unique mountain view of the Wittelsbacher Höhe in the east and fantastic view of the Ruhpolding mountain panorama in the south through new panoramic windows, small but nice, living room with round couch, flat screen TV (cable), new fitted kitchen with microwave, extractor fan, and dishwasher, dining area with panoramic view to the south, separate bedroom with double bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, guest articles, single balcony to the south with seating furniture in the form of a protected loggia. Also bookable for 4 persons together with the apartment Sonntagshorn with connecting door.
Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
