Our family house is located in an absolutely quiet location in the middle of nature on the edge of the picturesque fairy tale forest. In beautiful surroundings you can relax from everyday life. With children you can reach the fairy tale park, a wonderful family recreation area as well as the mystically romantic fairy tale forest in 10 minutes on foot. In addition, we are an ideal starting point for cycling, hiking and cross-country skiing tours.Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card |RUHPOLDING & INZELL. Upon arrival, you will receive the Chiemgau Card from us, with which you can experience numerous free services in and around Ruhpolding, such as mountain railroads, museums, adventure pools, ski lifts, guided tours, bike rentals, tennis, guided hikes, free rides on local and regional buses and the Bavarian regional train between Ruhpolding and Traunstein, and much more. We will gladly send you the detailed contents and the terms of use on request.

Comfortable vacation apartment in a very quiet and idyllic location (nature paradise). No carpeting, separate bedroom with double bed, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, and newly renovated bathroom. Families with children are welcome to stay with us, the little ones can really zip around the area without car traffic. The great, fairy-tale amusement park can be reached in the immediate vicinity and can be used FREE OF CHARGE for our guests with the eXtra card, which you receive free of charge from us in the house.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
