A warm welcome to our - now in the 3rd generation managed - house in a beautiful, quiet south-facing slope at the foot of the Zellerberg. Three comfortably furnished, differently sized vacation apartments await you. Our spacious south/east balconies with unobstructed mountain views - to our local mountain, the Rauschberg, as well as in the distance to the Loferer Steinberge in Tyrol/Austria - invite you to relax and unwind. The 18-hole golf course, cycling and hiking trails and extensive cross-country skiing trails are in the immediate vicinity, tennis courts, indoor tennis courts, riding stables and shopping facilities are also not far away. Free parking at our house is a matter of course, as well as free W-LAN. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card | RUHPOLDING & INZELL. On arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card from us, with which you can experience numerous free services in and around Ruhpolding in addition to our own services, such as mountain railways, museums, adventure pools, ski lifts, guided tours, bike hire, tennis, guided hikes, free travel on local and regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein and much more. FeWo "Rauschberg" on the 2nd floor, approx. 48 sqm, combined living/bedroom with pull-out couch, kitchen with dining area, bedroom, shower room, separate WC, balcony with unobstructed mountain view, cable TV, WLAN, dogs allowed.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
