The apartment is located in a 3-family house in a quiet, but close to the village of Ruhpolding. To the bakery, the train station and all other stores and facilities of the village center you need about 5 minutes on foot. On the first floor you will find the entrance area and the guest toilet, the kitchen and the living / dining room with panoramic window and exit to the terrace. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with balcony as well as a second bedroom and the daylight bathroom. In the attic you will find a large bedroom with TV, electric piano, a loggia and plenty of space to play.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
