The cozy and with 3 stars classified vacation apartments with balcony are lovingly furnished in Bavarian country house style. Our house is only 20 minutes walk from the village center and 200m from the village bus stop and is the ideal starting point for your vacation activities. Hiking and biking trails lead directly past the house. Outdoor pool and adventure pool Vita-Alpina, as well as restaurants are within walking distance.Right next to the house one of the numerous, well-maintained cross-country ski trails of the Ruhpolding ski trail network passes. The ski area Unternberg is only about 500 m away. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card | RUHPOLDING & INZELL. On arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card from us, with which you can experience numerous free services in and around Ruhpolding in addition to our own services, such as mountain railways, museums, adventure pools, ski lifts, guided tours, bike hire, tennis, guided hikes, free travel on local and regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein and much more. Our vacation apartment is small but nice and consists of a comfortable living-sleeping-room, furnished in Bavarian country house style with a lot of wood. It is equipped with a wardrobe double bed, sofa, dining area, cable TV, radio and fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. The vacation apartment has a size of 23 m². On the sunny south-facing balcony or the quiet lawn you can enjoy the wonderful unobstructed view of meadows and mountains and the peace and let your soul dangle.Bed linen and towels we provide free of charge. Bread roll service. Only 1 dog is allowed.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
