Our house is centrally and quietly located, only a few steps away from the spa gardens. From our apartments you have a wonderful view of the Rauschberg, the Sonntagshorn, the Kienberg or the Zinnkopf. A large garden invites you to relax. All apartments are furnished in country house style and have cable TV and telephone. A crib is available on request. Our prices include bed linen, towels, twice weekly and final cleaning. You will receive the Chiemgau Card from us upon arrival,with which you can experience numerous free services in and around Ruhpolding in addition to our own services, such asmountain railroads, museums, adventure pools, ski lifts, guided tours, bike rentals, tennis, guided hikes, free travel on local and regional buses and the Bavarian regional train between Ruhpolding and Traunstein, and much more. One apartment (61 sqm) with terrace and direct access to the garden, beautiful view of the mountains, furnished in country style, kitchen extra with refrigerator, oven and dishwasher and dining area. Living room with couch set, bedroom with parquet floor, shower / WC, hairdryer. Crib and high chair available on request, apartment includes bed linen and towels. In the garden barbecue facilities, extra seating area and loungers available.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax
applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per
night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged
for children aged 0 - 5 years.
