Ski schools, cycling and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. The apartments have a cozy Bavarian furnishings with south-facing balcony or terrace, cable TV, separate bedrooms and separate kitchen. Forget the worries of everyday life and immerse yourself in carefree and enjoyable hours in a hospitable atmosphere! To the center of the village it is only about 5 minutes walk and in the immediate vicinity you will also find shopping facilities. On arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card from us, with which you can experience numerous free services in and around Ruhpolding in addition to our own services, such as mountain railways, museums, adventure pools, ski lifts, guided tours, bike hire, tennis, guided hikes, free travel on local and regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein and much more. The apartment 1 has a separate bedroom, a living room, a separate kitchen and a very large south-facing terrace, where you can relax with a beautiful mountain view.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
