Our house is located on the sunny southern slopes of Ruhpolding in a very quiet location, about 20 minutes walk from the town center. It is an ideal starting point for extensive hikes and excursions in the near and far surroundings of the Chiemgau and beyond. If you simply want to relax, you can also use the garden with sunbathing lawn and barbecue facilities. For house guests I can offer in my silversmithy at special prices also creative courses by prior arrangement in silversmithing, jewelry design or bead threading. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card | RUHPOLDING & INZELL. On arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card from us, with which you can experience numerous free services in and around Ruhpolding in addition to our own services, such as mountain railways, museums, adventure pools, ski lifts, guided tours, bike hire, tennis, guided hikes, free travel on local and regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein and much more. The apartment is generously cut and 60 square meters in size. The open entrance area to your floor provides an opportunity to relax while reading a book from our library. Large studio windows provide an open, unobstructed view from the dining and living room over the mountains and the town of Ruhpolding. The living room is equipped with cable TV that offers all modern connection possibilities.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
