With an unobstructed view of meadows, forests and the unique Ruhpolding mountain scenery. Direct hiking and biking trails in front of the front door are the ideal starting point for your excursions and invite you to hike to the Zinnkopf. In the immediate vicinity are the Traun-Auen for refreshment for humans and animals, ideal for dog owners for the splashing pleasure of your darlings. Attention: Pets only allowed on the ground floor. Let yourself be enchanted by the beautiful landscape. Large garden, central heating, mountain view. Own entrance to the vacation apartment. We offer area-wide WLAN for our guests free of charge.New: Equipment house for our guests with garden furniture, a grill and space for bicycles and sports equipment. Electricity connection for e-bikes is available. For our smallest guests, a travel cot and a high chair are available from now on.Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Karte | RUHPOLDING & INZELL. You will receive the card from us upon arrival, with which you can experience numerous free services in and around Ruhpolding, in addition to our own services. The card offers you the following free services:mountain railroads, museums, adventure pools, ski lifts, guided tours, bike rental, tennis, guided hikes, free admission to traditional events, free travel on local and regional buses and the Bavarian regional train between Ruhpolding and Traunstein and much more.For pets brought along, maximum 3 animals and only allowed in the first floor apartment, we charge a surcharge of EUR 5.00 per night for the 1st animal, EUR 8.00 for the 2nd animal and EUR 12.00 for the third animal.

Bright, sunny, pet-free vacation apartment located on the 1st floor. The wide, furnished south-facing balcony with a magnificent mountain view lets you start the day with a leisurely breakfast.Kitchen-living room with equipped kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs and microwave, combi oven, dining set and sofa bed for third person. The room also offers television and internet via WLAN for relaxation and entertainment after an eventful day. The bedroom with double bed and new laminate flooring also has a make-up facility. Our guests are welcome to use the sunny west terrace for barbecuing. A charcoal grill, as well as an electric grill are available. The large lawn invites you to sunbathe. Please note: No pets are allowed in this apartment.New: New dining set and furniture, new hallway area.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
