Our house is only 20 minutes walk from the village center and 200m from the village bus stop and is the ideal starting point for your vacation activities. Hiking and biking trails lead directly past the house. Outdoor pool and adventure pool Vita-Alpina, as well as restaurants are within walking distance.Right next to the house one of the numerous, well-maintained cross-country ski trails of the Ruhpolding ski trail network passes. The cozy apartment for 2-4 people is lovingly furnished in Bavarian country style and have a double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, dining area, cable TV, radio, fully equipped kitchen and shower with toilet, separate toilet, W-Lan, balcony with panoramic view.The apartment has a size of 43 ²Families with children are welcome - crib and high chair we provide free of charge.Bed linen and towels we provide free of charge - bread service - It is 1 dog allowed.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
