Our exclusive apartments are in a prime location: only a 5-minute walk from the village center, situated on the hillside with a view of the picturesque alpine panorama and into our lovingly landscaped gardens, which are the namesakes of our "Apartments in the Rose Garden". All of our spacious apartments are designed in an elegant alpine style with high-quality oak floors, custom-made carpenter furniture, fully equipped kitchen, tiled stove, Swiss stone pine bedrooms and WLAN. You can park your car in the hotel's underground garage with adjacent lockable storage room. Your well-being during your vacation is our matter of the heart - we are looking forward to you. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card | RUHPOLDING & INZELL. On arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card from us, with which you can experience numerous free services in and around Ruhpolding in addition to our own services, such as mountain railways, museums, adventure pools, ski lifts, guided tours, bike hire, tennis, guided hikes, free travel on local and regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein and much more. In the vacation apartment Lavendel (115 m²) it is easy to leave everyday life behind and arrive on vacation. Lavendel is held in alpine-elegant style and furnished in high quality. The apartment extends over two floors of our hillside house: an internal staircase connects the 1st floor with the attic.Living room:On the 1st floor is the open, light-flooded living room: it is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen in old wood quality, a cozy tiled stove to heat yourself, a rustic dining group and a large living area with comfortable, carpentered upholstered furniture, smart TV and WLAN. The living room leads out onto a west-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the evening sun, as well as a large south-facing balcony with barbecue and views of the picturesque Alpine panorama of the Ruhpolding mountains. Bedrooms: The three bedrooms with double beds or French bed and TV are made entirely of pine wood this provides, thanks to the essential oils of pine, for a restful sleep. From the two bedrooms on the top floor you can access the second, west-facing balcony of the apartment. The bedroom on the 1st floor is connected to the south-facing balcony. Bathrooms:The apartment has two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Bathroom I is equipped with bathtub, shower and washbasin, bathroom II with shower, washbasin, WC and the centerpiece, a spacious sauna - here you can relax after an eventful day of vacation. Location & miscellaneous:The apartment is located in the best location: quiet, but still central. You can park your car in the in-house underground garage with adjacent lockable storage room.
Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
