Extensive winter sports facilities make a winter vacation an unforgettable experience. The cross-country skiing trail leads directly past our house. Our comfortably furnished vacation apartment according to Bavarian tradition offers space for 2-5 people. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen-living room with a cozy sitting area, a small sofa, as well as a satellite TV flat screen and two bedrooms, each with a shower. A toilet is located separately with in the apartment. The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, egg and water boiler, 2 hotplates and a microwave. The sunny south-facing balcony with a magnificent view directly to our Ruhpolding local mountain "Rauschberg" lets you forget your everyday stress and relax in a pleasant atmosphere.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
