Our organic farm is quietly located, south of the center of Ruhpolding with an unobstructed view of meadows and mountains of the foothills of the Alps, in the midst of intact nature. Hospitality, tradition and cosmopolitanism are very important to us! Whether in the bright vacation apartment in the farmhouse or in the vacation cottage with sun terrace - with us you can relax optimally!Hiking and biking trails go directly from the house. The tours are suitable for every level from smaller walks to all-day mountain and mountain bike tours you can start many things from our accommodation.

Vacation home in a fantastic sunny locationOn the first floor is the larger bedroom with its own TV, bathroom and kitchenette.Upstairs is the kitchen-living room with balcony and the second bedroom with additional bathroom.The terrace is available for your exclusive use and has a fantastic view of meadows and mountains of the Chiemgau Alps. Directly from the vacation home you can start hiking or biking.The kitchen-cum-living room has a basic equipment of cooking utensils, as well as coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
