All activities are either feasible directly from the hut or can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Enjoy the sun and the tranquility on the two terraces and watch the farm's own sheep on the meadow. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card | RUHPOLDING & INZELL. On arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card from us, with which you can experience numerous free services in and around Ruhpolding in addition to our own services, such as mountain railways, museums, adventure pools, ski lifts, guided tours, bike hire, tennis, guided hikes, free travel on local and regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein and much more. We will be happy to send you the detailed contents and terms of use on request. Deposit: After booking, 30% of the booking price must be paid to the host within 10 working days. The host will inform you about the bank details in a mail. The remaining amount of the booking price is then to be paid in cash on departure.When booking for 3 or more people, please note that the sofa bed is to be used as a pull-out couch in the living room (passage room) with.

Our vacation chalet is situated in a quiet and idyllic location next to a mountain stream and our farmhouse. From the two terraces you have a direct view of the meadow where our sheep are allowed to enjoy the summer. The hut is furnished in a rustic style and equipped for one to three persons (on request 4 persons possible). A separate kitchen and a separate dining area invite you to spend nice evenings. The bedroom with double bed is also separated from the living room with sofa bed. However, for bookings of 3 persons or more, please note that the pull-out sofa bed in the living room is used as a sleeping place. (Living room = passage room)

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
