In the 75 sqm apartment, the following lovingly furnished rooms welcome you from the hallway: a spacious living room with dining and seating area and a beautiful, adjacent south-facing terrace with idyllic garden to relax. A well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) a bathroom with large shower and a small storage room. In the spacious living room you will find a flat screen TV and radio. The spacious kitchen is well equipped above average with dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven , refrigerator with icebox, blender, bread cutter, coffee maker, egg stove, toaster etc. In addition, the cozy apartment is laid with high-quality parquet flooring and has its own washing machine in the basement, children's high chair, crib (optional) and free Wi-Fi.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
