Our house is located directly at the golf course of Ruhpolding.The lovely, family-friendly vacation apartment (60 sqm) furnished in rural style with terrace is located on the first floor. The living room is equipped with a cozy sitting area and a spacious dining area. A kitchenette with oven, refrigerator and various small appliances is integrated into the living room.Cable TV, DVD, radio/CD, WLANTwo separate bedrooms (one with separate beds) and a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating,shower/WC, sink, hairdryer and vanity mirror complete the picture.Barbecue area with gas grill is available. Storage room for skis and bicycles are available, parking at the house.On request shopping service. Grocery stores are in close proximity and easily accessible on foot.Please understand that we do not take animals.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
