At the foot of the Unternberg in the midst of wide meadows, with a view of the mountains, in an absolutely quiet location, our family-run house awaits you with comfortably furnished and well-equipped vacation apartments in Bavarian country house style. The self-catering apartments are brightly furnished and have a balcony or terrace. In addition, the house offers an ideal location in summer for hiking and cycling tours and in winter for skiing, hiking and cross-country skiing. The cross-country skiing trail is located directly in front of the house. We have a large lawn, lockable storage space for sports equipment, parking and on request we provide a garage parking space. We offer WLan for a fee. (Exception Almhütte "Almbrünnerl")

The spacious vacation apartment with separate bedroom is located on the 1st floor in the back of the house and has a fully equipped kitchen area with 4plate induction stove, extractor fan, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, egg boiler, filter coffee machine, etc. as well as a dining area, couch, digital satellite TV. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom with shower/WC.A small outdoor seating area/balcony is accessible between the living area and kitchen via a balcony door and is equipped with 2 chairs for sitting outside.The apartment is suitable for to 2 adults and 2 children. The children sleep on a sofa bed with integrated mattress (160 x 200).

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
