Our farm, which is managed biodynamically according to the guidelines of the Demeter Association, is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the region. Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Chiemsee and Kufstein are less than an hour's drive away. But also at the farm itself you can spend entertaining hours at archery, on the sunbathing lawn or on hikes with our llamas. A barbecue area next to our outdoor seating invites you to celebrate and enjoy. Our tepee, which can accommodate up to 20 people and has an open fireplace, is ideal for a cozy get-together of our guests. Children, of course, feel especially at home with us. The playground with the large tepee offers exciting variety. Or let your children rummage through the nearby forest, play with the animals, build a dam at the brook, play table tennis or simply let their imagination run wild. Balu, our farm dog, a child-loving black briard, is looking forward to any new playmate to romp with. For dog owners we offer ideal conditions with many hiking trails, flat or steep, depending on your condition and needs. Of course, the hiking trails are also ideal for families. Cycling is at least as much fun. On the well marked bike and hiking trails you can explore our romantic mountain world extensively. In winter, there is a cross-country ski trail directly at the farm as well as numerous alpine skiing opportunities nearby. Take part in a guided hike with snowshoes, a special experience.

Our largest chalet! With 165 m² of living space, it consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms, one of which has an extra bed, and a twin room with an extra cot. Also on the upper floor you will find 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a steam shower and in the large bathroom additionally with a bathtub. Of course, there is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living hall with a large living area, seating corner and fireplace (approx. 45 m²), the cosy eat-in kitchen and a guest WC. There is a whirlpool on the terrace - your very own "spa area”.In addition to the underfloor heating on the ground floor and the bathroom, the bedrooms have panel heating in the walls, which contributes to the high level of living comfort. The natural and untreated materials create an excellent indoor climate, which is characterised by coolness in summer and warmth in winter.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
