Our house is located in the traffic-calmed village center and has three vacation apartments. Apartment Zellerberg for 1-2 persons, apartment Rauschberg for 2-4 persons and apartment Westernberg for 1-2 persons.

The location is particularly interesting for those arriving by train. Distance to the train station 2 minutes on foot. Shopping facilities, restaurants etc. in the immediate vicinity. You can go on beautiful walks or hikes directly from the village. The local bus line takes you to all corners of the large village area free of charge.

On arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card from us, with which you can experience numerous free services in and around Ruhpolding in addition to our own services, such as mountain railways, museums, adventure pools, ski lifts, guided tours, bike hire, tennis, guided hikes, free travel on local and regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein and much more. The spacious "Rauschberg" flat consists of 4 rooms and a shower room with WC. The centrepiece is the large eat-in kitchen with dining area, fitted kitchen and access to the small south-facing balcony, which invites you to sunbathe at any time of year. To the east is one of the two bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe etc. and access to the bathroom. To the west, the dining kitchen leads into the living room with sofa area and TV and access to the large west-facing balcony as well as the hallway and another bedroom with double bed. From the west-facing balcony you can watch life in the village (including processions and traditional parades such as the annual St George's Ride) and enjoy the beautiful view of St George's Church in Ruhpolding, which is well worth seeing.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
