Our house is quite near the centre of "Ruhstorf an der Rott". We are ideally situated for visits to the spar baths of Bad Füssing, Bad Grießbach and Bad Birnbach. Passau is known as the "Drei-Flüsse-Stadt" because three rivers join there and is also easily reachable by car. And have you ever been to Schärding in Austria? It is a beautiful barock town - in less than 15 Minutes by car.

"Apartment 2" has a bedroom with double bed as well as an additional bed in a room adjacent to the living room. In the living room/kitchen area there is plenty of room to prepare breakfast or the evening meal. With the double induction hob cooking is quick and effective. The "Pizza-Oven" is available for baking. The furniture is solid, well kept but not ultra modern. The apartment invites you to relax in the evening perhaps to read that book you never had time for at home or perhaps you would rather play your Play-List songs via the blue-tooth stereo equipment. There is a television and DVD player. From the living area there is a balcony from which there is a view over the rooftops of Ruhstorf. If the weather allows, the hills in Austria are visible.

Arrival between 3:00 P.M (15:00) and 8:00 P.M. (20:00), departure between 8:00 A.M and 10:00 A.M.
Animals not permitted.

An extra, folding bed is available on request.
In Ruhstorf there is no extra cost such as local a holiday tax.

Conditions and extras
A deposit of 50% will be charged at the time of booking.
The outstanding amount will be charged on arrival either using bar or credit card.
Cancellations received with more than 28 day notice will incur no charge.
For concellations received with between 4 and 2 weeks notice will be charged 50% of the total cost.
For concellations received with between with 2 weeks notice or less will be charged 75% of the total cost.
CANCELLATIONS UP TO SEPTEMBER 2020 ARE FREE OF CANCELLATION FEE!
