In our house, an old fiefdom, you will find traditional construction combined with modern comfort. The free location on a hillside allows a fantastic panoramic view of the mountains. Already from the balcony you can enjoy mountain panorama and nature or you can relax on our large meadow property this is vacation and relaxation! The cross-country ski trails in Oberschönau and the Grünsteinlift are within walking distance, for the children there is a toboggan run at the house.

The vacation apartment offers space on 50 sqm and is located in the attic. It is equipped with a separate bedroom, a living room with corner bench, seating area, TV, and free internet. In the hallway in between is the kitchen, from where you can also reach the bathroom with bathtub / WC. From the east balcony as well as from the west balcony you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax of 3.10 euros for adults, 1.55 euros for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 euros for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay. (subject to change)
