This very spacious maisonette vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house and extends over 2 levels ("maisonette"). It offers space for 4 - 5 persons. The 5th sleeping possibility exists however only for a child (junior bed, 1.90m long). As a 99 sqm, 2-level apartment with a large wooden interior staircase, a spacious dining room and 2 separate bedrooms plus an additional small children's room, it offers plenty of space and is especially popular with families or vacations with friends.Apartment layout:1. Level:a large dining room and a kitchenette with refrigerator (with freezer), 4-plate stove (ceramic hob, oven), dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, egg boiler and exit to the west balcony a bedroom with double bed (200x180cm) a bathroom (showerpipe shower with shower arm and glass partition, toilet, hairdryer, make-up mirror) and a west balcony with furniture (recliner chairs, table with chairs, parasol).On the 2nd level (with roof slopes):the living room with sofa, several relax armchairs, 42-inch flat screen SAT TV, security safe for valuables and an exit to the north balcony the 2nd bedroom with double bed (200x180cm) and dressing room anteroom a small children's room adjacent to the second bedroom (with wooden lattice bed and junior single bed 90x190cm) a second WC and a balcony with furniture (north side).Both levels are connected by a wide and stable wooden staircase inside. Non-smoking apartment, bed linen, towels, tea towels and table linen included. Parking place directly at the house. Free, secured fast guest WLAN. No pets possible.Our guests with e-cars have an e-charging station at the house. For bikes we offer a lockable bike storage room. If necessary, our guests can use a washing machine. This is located in a separate room on the ground floor of the house, outside the apartment.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax of 3.10 Euro for adults, 1.55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years of age per person and day of stay (subject to change).
