Description

The two apartments are located in a detached house in a very quiet location, close to the city with spectacular views. On the property there is a large walk-in garden with pergola and garden furniture for the guests. A fire pit is also available. The parking spaces are directly in front of the house. Wi-Fi is everywhere, as well as a washing machine and dryer.

The house is located in a quiet residential street with a magnificent view over the Main valley and the surrounding forests. The town of Mainberg is located directly on the B26 with city bus stop (500 m distance from the house). There is a direct connection to the main cycle path and to a very well-developed hiking and cycling network of the Schweinfurter Oberland with connection to the mountain bike trail. You can reach the city center of Schweinfurt in a distance of 4 km and the motorway exit of the A 70 in about 6 km. In Mainberg there is a canoe landing stage and a bathing place on the river Main. In Löffelsterz, about 8 km away, there is a 18 + 6-hole golf course. Excellent access to the wine region of Franconia with countless idyllic wine villages and wine shops.
The nearest shops as well as doctors, pharmacy and gas station are located in Schonungen, about 1 km distance.

This apartment consists of a large and bright combined living/bedroom with a double bed and couch. In the spacious kitchen there is a dining area. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Additional bed possible in the living room.
