Our two beautiful, bright vacation apartments Maria (40 sqm, first floor, terrace, 1 bedroom, for max. 2 adults and 2 children) and Franziska (75 sqm, upper floor, balcony, 2 bedrooms, for max. 4 adults and 2 children), are located in a quiet location in the district Traundorf between Siegsdorf and Traunstein in Chiemgau. They offer an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in summer and in winter for winter hikes and cross-country skiing or skiing. In the house is an extra storage room for bicycles, skis and sledges available.

The bright and friendly apartment has 75 sqm, divided into 2 bedrooms, a large cooking, dining and living area and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. It is located on the 1st floor with visible roof trusses and has an east balcony and a west terrace with garden furniture. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200) and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, a single bed and a wardrobe. The living area has a couch with space for up to 5 people, a TV and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric stove with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Good starting point for hiking and cycling tours. Good starting point for winter hikes. Storage room for skis and sledges and bicycles available.
