Our sustainable vacation home "Woid 12", completed in 2023, is located in the climatic health resort of Siegsdorf at an altitude of approx. 780 m (Chiemgau, Alpine foothills) and is characterized by two separate apartments, each 100 sqm, which are only rented for sole use.
Experience the enjoyment of nature right on your doorstep, where the proverbial "fox and hare say good night".
The detached house impresses with its unobstructed view of the forest, meadows and mountains.

The apartment Rosalie with 100 m² is on the ground floor with a beautiful terrace. It has two bedrooms with Swiss stone pine beds (1 x double bed, 2 x single beds, children's travel bed on request), a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, vinegar, oil, common spices, baking paper, cling film, dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, etc.), a living and dining room, a bathroom with infrared cabin and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, clothes horse). In the cellar there is also a shelf with a selection of games, children's books and toys. When selecting the materials, we took care to use local woods (oak, spruce, larch, Swiss stone pine). We also offer a carport with 2 parking spaces with electricity.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: € 1.10 per person/night for adults & young people aged 15 and over € 0.55 per person/night for children & teenagers from 6-14 years and severely disabled persons from 50-79% € 0.00 for children from 0-5 years and severely disabled persons from 80%
