Dear interested parties and guests of our newly renovated apartments on the edge of the Alps in 83313 Siegsdorf in beautiful Chiemgau. Time out: having space and time for yourself, undisturbed, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Let your thoughts wander and dream, find yourself in peace and quiet. The apartments offer the protective shell for this. And the proximity to everything, nice cafés and restaurants in Siegsdorf in Upper Bavaria, sports facilities directly in the towns of Ruhpolding and Inzell, the cities of Rosenheim and Salzburg for an extended city stroll, hiking in the Berchtesgadener Land and deep peace in the midst of the most beautiful nature, birdsong in the morning. The location of the apartments could not be better: The apartments are in the beautiful Chiemgau Siegsdorf Voralpenland. It is not far from the highway exit Siegsdorf - yet far enough that the highway does not disturb. The apartments are quietly located, facing southwest and have a nice balcony for sunny hours - with a wonderful mountain view! We offer you more than just a vacation apartment. Service is very important to us, because if our guests are happy, then so are we. With us you get the following services:- Garage parking space for bicycles- Ski storage- Board games / puzzles- Liquid soap and paper towels- Cleaning of the apartment by professional cleaning service- Sufficient ventilation- Notice board and signs- Local transport nearby- 100% green electricity (sustainable)- Laundromat / shirt service (on request for a fee)- Intermediate cleaning for longer stays (for a fee). You can park your car in a parking space reserved for you directly at the accommodation. We would like to point out that no cash or credit card payments can be made on site.

The property is located on the 2nd floor of a well-kept apartment building in Siegsdorf. The brand new equipment leaves nothing to be desired, we have renovated this apartment in 2023 and placed special emphasis on a feel-good atmosphere, because vacation is the best time of the year. With us you can expect hotel character without the disadvantages of a hotel. The bathroom has a shower and towel heating. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, egg stove and other kitchen utensils. Further equipment includes a large 55-inch smart TV, vacuum cleaner, free high-speed WiFi and an Alexa, which you can use to listen to the news and radio, among other things. If you need other devices, such as a CD radio, please let us know. The windows are double-glazed and fitted with shutters. From the balcony you have an unobstructed view of our magnificent mountains and a large meadow. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries. On request we offer a high chair, a baby crib, the apartment also offers space for your own baby crib. Only quiet people who appreciate the peace and quiet of this special location live in the house.Dogs ar NOT allowed, please take this into account when making your request!
Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus spa tax: 1,10 € per person/night for adults & teenagers from 15 years 0,55 € per person/night for children & teenagers from 6-14 years and severely disabled from 50-79% 0,00 € for children from 0-5 years and severely disabled from 80%.
We insist on a deposit of at least 20% after booking and payment of the balance no later than 5 days before arrival.
