Newly renovated holiday home on the outskirts of Berlin and the Spreewald forest in the Selchow district of Storkow. A cozy, modern interior with solid wood furniture and plenty of space for four people ensures comfort and carefree holidays. The second bathroom in the house is a particularly nice touch, allowing you to start your day in a relaxed manner. Nature lovers will find the surrounding area, rich in forests and lakes, to be a true gem. In the small town of Storkow, the old town and the market square with its adjacent alleyways form the historic center of the town. So, if you don't feel like cooking in the holiday home, simply treat yourself to a meal in one of the various restaurants and pubs. Highlights included: Wi-Fi, energy costs based on consumption, final cleaning Activities nearby: On the northern shore of Lake Storkow is the lido, a wonderful place to cool off, swim, and bathe on hot summer days. With its 6 kilometers in length and approximately 1.2 kilometers in width, the lake is also a popular area for sailing, rowing, and canoeing. Very close to the lido is the landing stage for the Scharmützelsee passenger boats. Tip: Visit Storkow Castle with its cozy castle café and the impressive inland dune at Waltersberge – formed 8,000 to 10,000 years ago, covered with rare steppe plants, and at 36 meters high, unique in Brandenburg.
