Description

Our house in which our own apartment and the apartments "Rosengarten" and "Dorfblick "are located is in the center of the beautiful village of Truchtlaching.We belong to the municipality of Seeon-Seebruck, and our house, which was newly built by us in 2016/17, is therefore the ideal starting point for hiking, biking around Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau.Those who do not want to leave our beautiful place but do not have to, because with us there is everything you need for a relaxing day. Things of the daily need can be procured around our house within a few meters. (Edeka, bakery, butcher, organic food store, pizzeria, Bavarian fish restaurant) But if you want to refresh yourself, it is not far to the Alz, which flows picturesquely through our Truchtlaching, and which can be navigated in the summer with a rubber dinghy, canoe or standup board.Also anglers come in and around our residence at your expense. For Celtic lovers there are interesting walks.In the evening or during the day, our garden and terrace invites you to linger and barbecue.We look forward to welcoming you soon with us in the beautiful Truchtlaching.For short stays of 1-4 nights or longer stays, we ask to contact us directly whether this is possible. Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of € 0.80 per person/night for adults. Children from 11 to 16 years of age: € 0.40. Children up to 10 years of age: € 0.00.
As of 01.01.2024, a spa tax of € 1.50 per person/night applies for adults. Children and young people from the age of 6 to the age of 16: € 0.75. Children up to the age of 6: € 0.00.
