An ideal starting point for hikes to managed alpine huts and extensive cycling or mountain bike tours. On request, we rent out our sailing dinghy on Lake Chiemsee to guests.Our flat is a non-smoking flat, unfortunately we cannot accept pets!

All rooms are equipped with high-quality real wood parquet flooring. Furnished and covered south/west balcony with magnificent mountain view and private garden area (barbecue possibility) - an ideal place to relax and unwind. The guest parking space is directly at the house. Lockable bicycle shed and ski cellar available. Our holiday flat is a non-smoking flat, unfortunately we cannot accept pets.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of € 2.00 per person/night for adults aged 16 and over. Children from 6 to 15 years: € 1.00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.
