Zwischem dem Wyker Südstrand und Nieblum steht das beliebte Terrassenhaus Haus Halligblick. Die Lage ist wohl einmalig: direkt am Meer, mit Blick nach Süden in Richtung der Halligen in bester Umgebung. Ganz in der Nähe ist der Golfplatz und der Sportflugplatz. Beide sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort ist es nur ein Sprung nach Greveling, der Gruppe von Reethäusern im Friesenstil. Nach Nieblum, einem der schönsten Orte Schleswig-Holsteins, ist es kaum weiter als zum Zentrum Wyks. Nicht ohne Grund gilt der Südstrand als Geheimtip.
