To fetch groceries, you have to go 2 km. The spacious living-dining area with a wood burner and the flat-screen TV offers ample opportunities for cozy moments. In the surrounding fenced lawn area, you can let your children romp freely. The fenced garden increases the security of the accompanying toddlers. The sauna in the bathroom invites you to unwind after having an active day at the beach. Parking of cars is possible at the plot.
