Description
Set in a peaceful landscape, on a hill, with cypress and carob trees surrounding it, yet within 15 minutes walking distance of a large and lively village. Vamos. Amazing views of the Aegean and Suda Bay to the north and the White Mountains to the south. 5 kilometers from the nearest beach. Located in an area between Chania and Rethymno, where touring the rest of Crete is easily facilitated.
The villa is a modern design house on three floors. It is airy, full of light and astounding views. There are two large master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms/WC. One is on the top floor with a small lounge and reading area. The other is on the lower ground floor. There are two more bedrooms on the lower ground floor with 2 single beds each. One of them also has an en suite shower/WC. and the other has a private shower and toilet. There is a 5th bathroom/WC in the house. We can accommodate children and families of all ages to enjoy the villa. All sleeping areas have inverter air conditioning units.
The kitchen is well-fitted and fully equipped.
On the ground floor, there are two covered verandas, one very large facing the mountains and the other facing the sea and pool. Both have tables to accommodate 8 persons for eating.
The villa is fully supplied with all the necessary facilities to make your holiday comfortable and enjoyable, as so many of our guests have shown.
The pool is of excellent size at 45 meters square. with a large tiled surrounding area facing the sea. The pool area has a shower, loungers, pool chairs, and furniture. Sun shades. Pool towels are also provided. The rest of the plot has been maintained mostly in its natural state and is full of naturally growing herbs and plants.
The covered carport can accommodate 2 saloon cars. The 2500 sq meter plot of land and gardens are fenced and the gates are electronically opened, so privacy and safety exist.
The most distinctive features of the villa are its views: mountains, sea, and the ambiance of the surrounding countryside. with carob, cypress, and olive trees. The Villa is well-designed, well-equipped and comfortable. The Villa is reached by a fully asphalted 4-meter-wide road and is 800 meters, from the main road. Its location allows you to visit all areas of Crete efficiently.
The Villa is in an area known as Apokoronas between Suda Bay and the White Mountains. It abounds in olive groves producing some of the best olive oil in the world. An area of many villages with many traditions still intact and a pleasure to visit. There are many beaches in the north, Kalyves, Kera, Georgioupolis, Almyrida, and others. Villa Lefki is within walking distance of the historical Village of Vamos. One of the largest in the area. There are several tavernas of excellent value and food quality and the village square is always lively in the summer with its coffee shops and eating places. There are 2 groceries and a small supermarket. The Vamos Jazz Festival is held every July, with well-known musicians performing.
