Falasarna is situated on the Western part of Crete (52km west of Chania and 14 west of Kissamos) famous for its stunning long sandy beach of Falassarna with its clear turquoise blue waters. Falassarna consists of a big long sandy beach and many other smaller beaches of various lengths. Whatever beach you may choose to swim on, the sunset is amazing with lovely colours. ***Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.
As the villa is located on a hill, the last 300m to reach the complex is an off-road road. We recommend using an SUV car in order to reach the complex easily.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 1.5 euros per night from March to October and 0.5 euros per night from November to February. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
