This luxury villa of a high standard is in Chania, in an inspiring location with a panoramic view over the endless sea and the wide mountain landscape. The quiet and picturesque location is ideal for couples and families looking for a quiet holiday. 0ne minute walk by the beach. The villa is on two floors and can accommodate eight people. It is modern, light, spacious and well-equipped. Attention was paid to every detail in the interior. The lower floor is connected to the upper floor by means of stairs with white marble steps. The 30m² master bedroom provides a kingsize bed measuring 183 x 220cm, an armchair, an LCD TV, a dressing room with a washing machine, ironing utensils, a treadmill, and a multi gym organ. A spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath and bidet is also available. The second bedroom of 30m² also has a kingsize bed measuring 183 x 220cm, a wardrobe, two armchairs, a table and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom of 30m² provides two single beds measuring 100 x 210cm, a dressing room, an armchair, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom of 25m² has two single beds measuring 100 x 210cm, a fridge and a kettle, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All four bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning. All of the bedrooms open onto the veranda. The upper floor has a living room, a kitchen and a veranda. The open kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, a wide electric oven, a big double sink, an American fridge-freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a filter and Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher. There is also a dining table for four people. The 120m² living room provides quality furnishing and granite flooring, two individual sitting areas with Italian leather seating and German blue satin, a big dining table made of oak wood for up to ten people, a fireplace and a home cinema system with a 50'' plasma TV and satellite receiver. There is a high efficient central air conditioning on this floor. The upper veranda has a big table with eight chairs, a comfortable two seats sofa and two arm chairs, from here you can enjoy a wonderful view over the sea and the white mountains of Crete. The garden slopes downhill. The outdoor area measures 1000m² and is enclosed by a two-meter-high wall. It has a pool and an additional kids’ pool. A grill, sun loungers and parasols are provided, as well as a dining space, a bar with cooking rings, a sink and a fridge. On the other side of the outer area there is a fully equipped children's play ground. Parking spaces and a garage are available. Two bicycles and a kayak can be used free of charge. Wireless Internet access and satellite TV are available. There is a powerful hot water boiler, powered by solar energy and electricity. Prepaid mobile phone cards and fire extinguishers are available. You enter through a four-metre high, electronically controlled gate. The house has two entrances. As a free extra service, guests receive a generous welcome package, as well as cake and care products. Other services can be arranged for a fee, such as extra cleaning, a laundry service, massages, childcare, cosmetic treatments, tours, trips, airport transfers, food delivery, a personal chef, car rentals and a taxi service, on request. There are public transport connections every two hours from the villa. The sandy beach in the natural bay at Tersanas on the Akrotiri peninsula is only 50 meters away. There is a beach bar by the beach with sun loungers and parasols. A kilometre away on a hill there are little supermarkets, a restaurant, car rentals and public transport. There is a spa and massage resort two kilometres away. There is a spa and massage resort two kilometres away. The airport is just six kilometres away. There is a little Christian chapel right opposite and in the next town there is a Christian Orthodox church. The villa is just 16km from the Venetian harbour of Chania. The second most frequented tourist sight on Crete, after the Minoa Palace in Knossos, is the Samaria Gorge.
