Location: "Villa Anastasia" is a country seaside detached house located in a very quiet spot of Nea Iraklia of the Municipality of Nea Propontida, in the Prefecture of Halkidiki, in Northern Greece. Nea Iraklia is located at a distance of about 5 kilometers in the northwest of Nea Kallikratia. It has about 850 (2011)inhabitants engaged mainly in tourism, agriculture (viticulture, olive production, etc.) and fishing. It consists of: - 2 bedrooms: the 1st bedroom has a double bed 2.0 x 1.60 meters with built-in bedside tables and a trefoil wardrobe, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed 1.90 x 1.50 meters with two bedside tables, a four-leaf wardrobe and a portable column fan. Both bedrooms are illuminated by a window, each, located on the side of the bed, - a living room with a kitchenette / living room, in which there are: a) the kitchen area that has the kitchen countertop with all the necessary electrical kitchen appliances (Electric Cooker for cooking and with oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker for filter coffee, toaster, furnace), all the necessary cooking utensils, (pots, pans, baking pans, briquettes) and dining (dishes, platters, glasses), b) the dining area with dining table and 5 chairs and c) the living room area – living room that has a corner sofa - bed, table, furniture composition with TV, round table and Air-Condition, - a WC / bathroom with toilet, washbasin with Cupboards and Shower - semi-outdoor area - terrace in front of the Entrance of the apartment, with table and corresponding seats. The courtyard is fenced and ideal so that the residents, adults and children can enjoy nature and their privacy safely. Access to "Villa Anastasia" from Thessaloniki is via the "A24" Motorway to Chalkidiki, without any particular problem.
