Santorini Grace villa No1 located in the beach of Imerovigli village named PORI. The location and the view is realy fantastic, No anything front of you just the sea and other Aegian islands, The mountains of black and red rocks are part of view in the west balcony of the house. Very easy location to find someone just a road from Airport to the house close to interrseted places of Santorini and busses station just few meters from the house. A quite natural place realy placee to relax and dream .The house with direct private ladder from balcony to the beach and few fisheremens houses are on that location as the place considered NATURA and hotels do not allowed to build except existing before the law come in force buildings. To be in a dream location and few minutes from town and sounds is a big thing to find such a location the summer period in Santorini. Is not the place with the bars and sounds is the place to relax and easy to join if want such a place but not obliged to live the towns life inside sounds and pollutions because in a such case why you decided to leave fror holidays holidays means relax and a different life from usual life and problems but possibility to join if you want for few time in your holidays. Such a value life you can have in SANTORINI GRACE VILLA No1 and this was the aim and location choose to be constructed this building from a family grow in Santorini know very well the island and problems and in a financial condition to choose and buy the best location to build such a house for summer holidays on that period.Cove houses were only for animals like donkeys and horses and poor people have not the financial ability to built a normal houses as result from the humidity of such houses next day the cloths to be wet and smell. The writer at the time choose to buy the best land in Santoriniin in order to built the simmer house took into consideration the history of the island as well the last years erthcuate when most of villages houses drop down roll to the sea in the caldera side. The history of the island and expirience were also taken into considerationt at the time location and buildings were decided and this was the SAFETY OF LIFE if somthing was coming like the most of the times in the past The nature and the history of the island were the main factors taken into consideration for this villa construction and location choose.The house is with her own private swiming pool in additional to the beach and a land 5000 sq,meters with seasonal tress and vegetables free to guests and some fishing lines just in case someone wants to pass his time fishing. The busses station is outside the house land and busses to FYRA and other destinations from FYRA outside the house passing every half hour. The Grace villa No1 is a two floors villa 120 sq.meters and each floor is for 4 guests complete house view to the sea with big balconies . The floors are complete independed each the other with separate entrance and family in one floor cant see the family or to hear voices from guests to other floor. Due to slight list of the ground both sections are over the ground with balconies to the sea. A big swimmng pool 4.5 x10 meters private outside the villa .The cost of the apartments is based to the noumber of guests guests up to 4 persones one floor the per day cost is 200 euros guests more than 4 use the second section cost is per day 360 euros.In few words the whole villa cost per day is 360 euro and one section 200 euro.These changes made 15/5/2024. Out door and inside door view is the sea. ?As the villa in the midle of santorini interested places are close to the villa. Sorrounding area is sea and mountains with busses station outside the villa.
