It's conveniently located just 1.5 km from the renowned sandy beach of Plakias. The interior decor is simple and minimalistic, while the exterior areas offer high comfort. The villa is visually pleasing from all angles, whether you're relaxing in the living room or by the pool area, where you'll never tire of watching the blue of the southern sea and the romantic sunset.

This brand-new, one-floor villa can accommodate up to 5 people. As you enter the villa, you'll find a spacious open-plan area consisting of the living room, indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with top-quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area has direct access to the veranda and the pool area. The villa features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There are two bathrooms with showers and a washing machine. All bedrooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and flat-screen TVs.

Next to this villa, there are three more identical two-bedroom villas, each offering complete privacy and sea views, with the capacity to accommodate up to 5 guests. When all four villas are rented together, special prices apply, accommodating up to 20 guests in total. The villa is licensed by the National Tourism Organization.
