The two-storey villa is in a new complex of independent holiday villas. It has two bedrooms and can accommodate four persons. It is equipped as follows: Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator-freezer, cooker with gas hotplates, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, filter - espresso coffee maker, kettle. Bedroom Anatomic luxurious mattresses from natural materials, different pillows, 100% cotton-satin linen, full furniture equipment. Bathroom Professional hair-dryer with all the accessories, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap. Coffee and welcome supplies on welcoming, free consumption of the available fruit and the vegetables of the garden. Swimming Pool Private swimming pool with comfortable sun beds and personal towels, stone sofas with cushions on, shower. Furniture - Garden Equipment BBQ, dining table, shading pergolas, swing. Garden Vegetable garden and aromatic herbs flower-bed, olive trees as well as fruit-baring trees. Entertainment 40" Led satellite TV in the living room and 28?? in every bedroom. Free internet access (wi-fi). Various Private parking space, individual air-conditioning / inverter in all spaces, washing machine, cleaning products, ironing equipment, sewing kit, first aid kit.

They are located in the right spot so as the space, interior and exterior, to be filled with heaps of light and energy. They are built with care and love so that the necessary care even to the tinniest details, both technique and aesthetic was given.
Luxury & Nature In the four acre land, having in mind the nature not to be violated and the residencies to be in harmony with it, earthy colors and natural materials are chosen while the flora of the surrounding space is preserved hiding them literally in the bosom of the hill. Natural stone benches, different levels, paths, olive trees, vegetable gardens, fruit-baring trees, beautiful corners hidden or visible ones, compose the main parts of the property. The individual stone residencies with the modern equipment, the spacious patios and the private swimming pools compose a discreet luxury.
*Note: From Novermber 1st until March, 30th (winter season) the pool is not available for use, neither the outdoors furniture and sunbeds.
