The cottage has license to be rent out HG The location is in the beautiful Svinadalur in the foot of Skardsheiði in the top of the hillside in a very quiet and privacy area with a mountain, lake and woodland panorama view, close to many attractive destinations wort to visit in a day tour in all directions. Close to a salmon river and the lake is only in 500 meters . Next to the house is a marked path up the mountain above the house for those who are interested in mountaineering and for about 30 min. driving is Glymur waterfall for hiking. There are few lakes near by were you can catch fish, need to buy fishing license and several golf courses within 30 min. drive. In the cabin you will find some brochures for some more activities and nice places to visit nearby. The cottage is very well equipped in all ways.
