Two-room apartment, convenient to the beach of Lido. The apartment is located on the third floor of a new building with elevator and consists of a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace with table and chairs. There is also a reserved parking area, which is very useful given the difficulty of parking near the beach.The apartment is equipped with all comforts: Flat screen TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, video intercom, iron, soundproof windows.All important services are in the immediate vicinity. The beach of Lido and the promenade of Lungomare are within walking distance as they are 500 meters away. For large groups staying in the same building, a similar apartment can accommodate 4 more people. Its width and length and the slow descent from the sandy bottom make the beach of Lido an ideal destination for families with children.Directly behind many other wonderful beaches that deserve a nice swim in their water: Maria Pia, Fertilia, Le bombarde. Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price. Kitchenette and dishes to be left tidy and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person. Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week. Ability to smoke only in outdoor areas. Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): € 50.00; late check out (after 10.00): charge for an additional night's stay. Tourist tax to be paid locally in cash according to the rules of the Municipality. Security deposit: € 200.00.
