Holiday apartments in a house right on the edge of a nature reserve with flamingos
The house is located by the canal that links the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Orbetello lagoon. In this area there is also the Feniglia nature reserve.
The villa provides apartments with two or three rooms, enabling an occupancy of two to eighteen people.
It has about 5000m² of fenced park land with the typical Mediterranean vegetation of palm, oak and mighty pine trees, so that you can enjoy their fragrance, colours and freshness even in August.
There are polo, a golf course and a warm swimming pool about 15km away. There is a tennis court about 50 metres away. The beach is only 270 metres away and is right by the national park (no cars are allowed there, only bicycles). In the lagoon itself there are pink flamingos, who build their nests there like in Africa. The canal that flows through the park provides a habitat for red perch, temperate basses and other fish. The villa is the final point that can be accessed by car. You can go further only on foot or by bike. The entrance to the national park is only 50 metres from the villa. It has many different types of animal, including deer, wild boar and so on.
On request, the owner can give cookery courses in typical Tuscan cuisine.
This apartment has a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) for two people, and a fireplace. A complete kitchen area with a dishwasher, plus air conditioning and central heating are also available. The second bedroom can be found in the pavilion in the garden opposite the entrance, and offers two additional beds. The apartment includes a furnished terrace with a breathtaking view of the natural oasis with a lot of greenery such as fir trees, oaks, palm and pine trees.
