This delightful apartment with a shared swimming pool and a private garden is ideal for family holidays. It is located on an estate with 2 stone farms. The all complex up on a hill, well and high standard furnished. It also provides clients high privacy. It has been restored respecting Tuscan tradition style with wood beams ceilings, cotto tiles floors and the local travertine stone. Independent entrance from outside staircase into spacious living-dining room, equipped kitchen( 4 rings gas, oven, dishwasher, fridge), sofa bed for two, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower. TV. The Crete Senesi is ideal for breathtaking cycling and hiking tours. The beautiful landscape has a large number of castles that are worth it. Asciano (with its typical, medieval center) and Serre di Rapolano are a short distance from the house and also the abbey of Mont Olivet, Buonconvento, Monteroni d'Arbia, Rapolano and San Giovanni d'Asso are nearby. With typical Tuscan features such as ceilings with wooden beams, terracotta floors and use of stone from the quarries of Serre di Rapolano you feel really on vacation. The property is divided into 4 apartments. Two are located in the main building and this two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of an outbuilding.
